ArpaIncanto is Anna Cefalo, musician and singer from Campania. At 11 she began studies of Classical harp at the Conservatorio of Avellino. She has gone away in 2002 to approach the study and knowledge of Folk repertoire. Having familiarity with singing since the childhood, in 2004 she thinks to mix the sound of the harp with her voice. She's co-founder and member of the project EMIAN PaganFolk.
